We are a 3rd generation Illinois resident born, raised and educated right here in the same community as you reside in.

It is our desire to provide you "Professional" services in what is arguably an unregulated & confusing business field. How?

• Our business identities are "registered" by our county authorities.

This is arguably about the only legal requirement to perform "virtual" publishing tasks under an assumed name entity.

• We are a member of our local Chamber of Commerce

We feel that we provide a Business to Business (B2B) service. By joining with you as a recognized business entity we affirm our desire to partner with you.

• You ALWAYS get the boss.

Not only do our business clients get rich web-based support options & not only do our business clients get full details (no secrets) on what we do, where we do it at and what it cost us! They also get our any time support and Toll Free FAX services (eFax web based fax naturally) to our home office for EZ notification on required website update request. Not only that they also get a direct line to the boss (me) cell phone which they are encouraged to call anytime they have questions.

• Technical Training

Our formal education is from the University of Illinois in Television Broadcast, Journalism and Advertising. We do not feel any lack of "formal training" in computer engineering is a bad thing. Our "web skills" today did not even exist a few years ago and what we currently know will be outdated in just a few more. With our web server behind biometric sensors and armed guards we pretty much have "better people" to handle that than any other design firm around here (around anywhere maybe?)

Websites are basically Public Relations Advertising vehicles. Television Production translates to "streaming multi-media presentations" and, ever since Eve sold Adam on that apple thing, advertising is advertising no mater the medium. That is why we identify ourselves as AFePublishing after all. Are we not still selling Apples today (can't eat them maybe but equally provocative in what they do)

After 28 years we are now running 2 distinctively different businesses. If this is how we manage the smallest of the two then you pretty much know we can get into your shoes and do some incredible things within reasonable expense requirements.

We are arguably more trained than any web design firm in the area!

• Staff

OK this (currently) is a one-man-war. But on the plus side this is a chance to get in on the ground level, you are not subsidizing inefficiency PLUS who else is going to give you the boss's cell?

As a side note, it is probably more notable that we do make "house calls" should all web based support tools and toll free fax capabilities are not enough, we currently have "drop-off" & "pick-up" locations in Monmouth, Seaton, Galesburg, Rockford, Quincy & Champaign-Urbana here in Illinois. "AF" stands for Allen Family and although you may never need them we do have "real people" nearby should circumstances ever justify that.

• Commitment to Service

Just as the 'e' in eBiz stands for electronic it is our intention to do all we can to put the 'e' in your business. That same 'e' also stands for economically and without emptying your wallet.

For the cost of a great meal out (or a couple of good meals a year) we can "web enable" your brick-and-mortar store today with a powerful Mall BizCard.

For sure once you join our family of folks we intend on making you feel like family and keeping you in the fold. Even our full feature Mall Stores will not require "bank approval" to cut the check. Not even quarterly or monthly payments to dull the pain. Heck most don't need our W9!

We DO NOT work by the hour per say. No hidden fees. We will put together a full service package for one "parts + labor" (on web and even non-web services) for one, flat, annual fee.
